Alfredo Fernández Agras
Founding Partner Everwood Capital
More than 25 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Board member in several listed and private companies.
Before Everwood, Alfredo was general director at 360 Corporate and Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, accumulating 25 years of experience. Previously, he worked at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Alfredo began his career as a commercial lawyer and tax consultant at Arthur Andersen.
He has a degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E3)
José Antonio Urquizu Echeverría

20 years of experiencein renewable energy, private equity , debt, investment banking and consulting.
Prior to Everwood, José Antonio was head of investments in Spain at Goldman Sachs Special Situations London. Previously, he was a Director at Portobello Capital e Inversiones Ibersuizas , where he contributed to the raising, investment and divestment of Portobello Fund II and led investments in companies such as Maxam or Angulas Aguinaga. Previously he worked at Telefónica M&A, Credit Switzerland Investment Bank and Monitor.

Juan José Andrés Alvez

Juan José is a solid senior executive with extensive experience in the transportation, logistics, support services and construction sectors, with more than 25 years of experience. Throughout his career he has worked and lived in Spain, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Currently, he is a Director of Celebi Aviation (4th largest aviation handling operator in the world), Executive President of MARESA Logistics (leading a built project) and Member of the Executive Committee of the Spanish Logistics Association UNO (part of the CEOE). In addition, for the last 4.5 years he has been co-directing the acquisition and management of 6 logistics SMEs in Spain.
Previously, he was Director of EMEAA and LATAM at Swissport International (the world's largest land-based and freight-handling operator, managing more than 25 countries); Previously he worked in senior positions at Amey in the United Kingdom and Ireland and at the Ferrovial Group. It has joined as a partner in the Everwood T&L project in March 2023.
Francisco J Diego Solís

Francisco is a professional with extensive experience in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry, having worked 31 years at Johnson&Johnson , the largest and most diversified healthcare company in the world.
Within J&J, he has worked and lived in Spain, Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where, as general manager and international vice president, he has led numerous subsidiaries and brands within the EMEA region. In 2006, he was a member of Pfizer Consumer 's J&J integration team in EMEA (a $16.6 billion acquisition). For the last 4.5 years he has been co-directing the acquisition and management of 6 logistics SMEs in Spain. It has joined as a partner in the Everwood T&L project in March 2023.
