Alfredo Fernández Agras
Founding Partner Everwood Capital
Over 25 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Board member in several listed and private companies.
Before Everwood, Alfredo was Managing Director at 360 Corporate and also at UBS Investment Bank, accumulating 25 years of experience. He previously worked at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Alfredo began his career as a commercial lawyer and tax consultant at Arthur Andersen.
He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E3)
José Antonio Urquizu Echeverría
Founding Partner Everwood Capital
20 years of experience in renewable energy, private equity, debt, investment banking and consulting.
Prior to Everwood, José Antonio was responsible for investments in Spain at Goldman Sachs Special Situations London. Previously, he was a Director at Portobello Capital and Inversiones Ibersuizas,where he contributed to the raising, investment and divestment of Portobello Fund II and led investments in companies such as Maxam or Angulas Aguinaga. He previously worked at Telefónica M&A, Credit Suisse Investment Bank and Monitor.

Ignacio Romero
Operating Partner Private Equity
Over 20 years of experience in private equity and management of SMEs with Valmenta SCR, BtoBFactory and on his own.
Previously he was a Partner at Spencer Stuart, Managing Director of Jumbo Madrid (Pâo de Açucar Group) and Engagement Manager with McKinsey&Co.
He holds a Degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a MBA from London Business School.
Eduardo Soria

Over Over 10 years of international experience in green power solar.
Previously, Eduardo worked at Vector Cuatro, where he was a Partner in charge of business development worldwide, responsible for seeking out business opportunities and expanding into new markets. Eduardo began his career in renewable energy at the Spanish Institute for Energy Saving and Diversification (IDAE) and founded the magazine Energías Renovables, before becoming a Green Power Funds Advisor in Italy and Spain.

Juan López
Operating partner Fund IV
Over 15 years of experience in renewable energy (especially solar and wind power) and electrical projects.
Juan founded Langley Renovables, which later became part of the Vector Cuatro Group. He was in charge of the technical services business line worldwide, managing over 15 GW in more than 20 countries. Before that, he was directly involved in the development of over 325 MW of wind farms and in the construction of 50 MW in Corporación Eólica CESA.

Antonio Carrión

Over 12 years of experience in green power solar focusing on engineering, development and asset management.
Antonio was the founder and director of the Board at Vector Cuatroas well as COO of technical operations, , transactions and business development. He was involved in the development, management and engineering of green energy projects, developing over 1,100 MW internationally. Previously, he was in charge of business development and technical affairs for NNorth America at Corporación Eólica CESA, leading international projects totalling 1,430 MW from a technical and strategic perspective.
